住建部：开展农村住房建设试点工作 改善农民居住条件 Feb 3rd 2019, 14:27 　　中新网2月3日电 据住建部网站消息，住建部近日发布《关于开展农村住房建设试点工作的通知》(下称《通知》)。《通知》要求，到2022年，多数县(市、区、旗)建成示范农房；到2035年，农房建设普遍有管理，农民居住条件和乡村风貌普遍改善，农民基本住上适应新的生活方式的宜居型农房。
