　　中新网兰州7月17日电 (杨娜)稀土功能材料研究与产业发展研讨会16日在兰州举行。兰州大学、兰州高新区管委会、甘肃稀土新材料股份有限公司共同组建稀土功能材料产业研究院，探索建立政、产、学、用紧密结合的新型研究机构，加快稀土产业化发展，打造区域新经济增长点。
